To all my fellow runners out there, I am kinda a beginner in training for the 42K, have comfortably the 10-12k under my belt. Looking for groups of people for train in the Southern suburbs to join them... thanks
@Nikos.. thanks I am truly excited.. since i have never ran over 11-12ks.. consider myself to be fit! but i know this requires extreme disipline! i will have to run 15-20ks within this week, this will help me make my final decision to run or not to run!!! that is the question...
